Service Description

Pre-Paid Service // We review our returned pre-qualifying questionnaire. Comprehensive research of your proposed residential project is conducted. BC Building Code + local Zoning Bylaws are considered. A summary outline is then provided, and discussed in person over coffee. If you wish to move forward with hiring us as your building designer, then the cost for this session will be deducted from our project fee!
